MP3Producer is a compact and user-friendly tool to rip Audio CD with high speed and quality and encode CD tracks to the most popular audio formats, such as MP3, WAV, OGG, WMA. You can also use the tool as an audio converter between all supported formats. MP3Producer supports the following formats:
-MP3 - MPEG1 and MPEG2, constant (CBR) and variable bitrates (8-320 kbps),
-WAV - 22050/44100 Mono/Stereo,
-OGG - constant, variable bitrates and average (ABR) bitrates (8-320 kbps),
-WMA - constant and variable bitrates (5-320 kbps) using the Windows Media Audio 9.1 Voice, Professional, Lossless codecs.

The program window contains four tabs, each of them will lead the user through the necessary actions to complete CD conversion. In the 'Track List' tab you will see information about the CD tracks, WAV, MP3, OGG, and WMA files to be processed. The 'ID3 Tag' tab displays the ID3 tag fields. The tags can be edited and will be preserved after conversion. In case some information is missing you can make use of the customizable FreeDB Editor to retrieve names of the artist and album, track titles, genre of music from the FreeDB Internet database instead of typing it manually. It is possible to save the data into the cdplayer.ini file and to the Local Database. The 'Filename' tab has a mask editor to help you generate filenames and a folder structure from the album information. 'Settings Tab' allows you to define parameters of the chosen audio file format to influence its quality and size. The CD ripper offers a large number of presets and automated dialogs to make conversion process more comfortable for the user.

The user has a possibility to define a start / end position of the CD segment with the help of the Extract CD Segment function to rip and convert only this part of the CD either as a single track or several tracks together, or a part of the track.

The tool has a built-in player to play CD tracks and WAV files and can use other applications (Winamp, Windows Media Player) to play MP3, OGG, WMA files.
