MP3 Cutter Joiner
this program, well, i aint quite figured out how you're meant to cut stuff up with it. what i had in mind (and bear this in mind
for those of you out there who want to do the same thing) I had a huge wav file which i wanted to slice in to different tracks, but this
cutter jus dont do it.
look else where... how ever, if all you want is an mp3 converter, then yea, use this. other wise, dont.

Theoretically, this should be a great piece of software: the interface is simple to use, and it has WMA and OGG support.

The big drawback is that it doesn't work properly. It plays files far too fast (compare the file times to those in Winamp, for example). Also, the cut locations are very sloppy. I tried cutting smallish sections out of a larger OGG file, and although the endpoints seemed fine when I previewed the track, in the final version each end point was out by upto 5 seconds. This is totally unacceptable for most purposes.
