Allok Video Splitter is a functional utility to split, cut or trim video files in AVI, DivX, Xvid, MPEG, WMV, ASF, RM, MOV, 3GP, FLV, MP4 formats. The video cutter is provided with a video player to help you cut videos easily and precisely. Just move the slider of the player to the point where you want the new clip to start from and set the start point marker. Next, move the slider until it reaches where you want the video clip to end and set the end point marker. The utility offers different modes to split the original video. You can simply cut out the marked fragment from the video and save it as a separate file. Or you can split your movie into any number of desired clips to make it fit onto portable device or mobile phone. The program offers a number of predefined output formats for iPhone, iPod, iPad, BlackBerry, PSP, Zune, iRiver, Nokia, Sony Ericsson, etc., so you can convert the clips in the same session. Two other options provided are to split by specified time and size automatically.

Users are prompted to adjust output settings such as general video and audio quality, width/height, frame rate, aspect ratio, and add letterbox.
